Bantu services are provided free of charge to facilitate document processing, PDF manipulation, image conversion, text extraction, and digital productivity tasks. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Conduct & Prohibitions
You agree not to upload or transmit files containing viruses, malicious code, unauthorized copyrighted materials, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if system abuse or malicious behavior is detected.
4. File Processing & Privacy
All files you upload are processed automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within a 5-minute interval after processing is complete. We do not inspect, retain, share, or sell your documents to any third party.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all files and documents you upload and generate. All website branding, logos, design assets, and source code belong to SatuArah and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain reliable operations, we are not liable for any data loss, damages, or service interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.
